Delivery Areas

  • Free local collection from our warehouse by appointment.
  • Local delivery available across Central Scotland.
  • Nationwide delivery available throughout mainland UK.
  • Delivery charges are calculated based on location, item size and weight.

Delivery Times

  • Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Larger machinery and pallet deliveries may take longer depending on the courier and destination.
  • Customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date where required.

Heavy & Specialist Equipment

Many of our products are large, heavy or industrial items requiring specialist transport.

Please ensure:

  • There is suitable access for the delivery vehicle.
  • Someone is available to receive the goods.
  • Appropriate lifting equipment is available where necessary.

Collection

Customers are welcome to collect items from our warehouse by prior arrangement.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If any item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, notify us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours, including photographs where applicable.

Adding Collection-Only Items to a Pallet Delivery


A collection-only item may be added to an existing pallet delivery when it can be transported safely on the same pallet. Place the item as a separate collection order, then contact us with both order numbers before dispatch.


Oversized machinery, forklifts, access equipment and items requiring an additional pallet may incur a separate delivery charge. We will confirm any additional cost before dispatch.
