At Trade Outlet Scotland Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.
Used Equipment
Most machinery, tools and equipment sold by Trade Outlet Scotland Ltd are used unless otherwise stated.
Used items may show signs of wear, cosmetic marks or previous use. We recommend inspecting all photographs and reading the product description carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund where appropriate.
Returns
Returns are accepted only where:
- The item is significantly different from its description.
- The incorrect item has been supplied.
- The item arrives damaged during transport.
Returns must be authorised before being sent back.
Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Change of Mind
We do not generally accept returns for change of mind on used machinery or business equipment.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method as soon as possible after the returned item has been inspected.
